Campus Diversity Resources
The mission of Social Justice and Advocacy (SJA) is to promote an equitable campus environment where all are assured that diversity, in its many forms, is valued. We will support efforts to increase equal access to campus resources and opportunities, while cultivating inclusiveness to the least advantaged members of the campus community. SJA will advocate to decrease obstacles that prevent students from succeeding at the University of Central Florida.
Campus Faiths & Ministries (CFM) is a network of faith-based organizations dedicated to meeting the personal, religious and social needs of university students, faculty and staff. Each organization seeks to enrich lives by providing opportunities for growth through fellowship, educational programs, worship services, recreation, entertainment and the development of one’s faith. Each adheres to the principles of its own tradition, but all accept and support the work of other members of the campus network.
Multicultural Academic and Support Services (MASS) assists multicultural and first-generation students. The mission of MASS is to maximize student success by assisting Multicultural and First-Generation College Students in their transition to UCF and by connecting with the University community and our partners to promote and facilitate academic support services and programs.
The International Services Center (ISC) provides assistance and information to the international community of students and scholars. Its main functions are to serve as a source of information, advocacy and support, to provide assistance in adjusting to a new academic environment and culture, and to provide immigration and other advising to prospective, new and currently enrolled international students and scholars at the University of Central Florida.
Student Accessibility Services (SAS) views disabilities as an integral part of the rich diversity at the University of Central Florida. To that end, we work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff to create an inclusive educational environment for students.
The Veterans Academic Resource Center (VARC) is your one-stop solution to your needs as a student veteran. We provide offices, study space and lounge space, as well as access to a number of university offices, in one central location.
The Office of Diversity and Inclusion works with the University of Central Florida community to encourage and support the university’s goal of inclusion and diversity. Our efforts lead and inspire a welcoming and respectful campus culture.
