UCF Mental Health Resource Awareness Program


UCF in conjunction with the division of Student Success and Wellbeing is offering a Mental Health Resource Awareness Program for all enrolled undergraduate and graduate students. After completion of requirements, please fill out the Verification Form below. You will answer a few questions and a certificate of completion will be e-mailed to you.

Here are the 5 steps to complete the UCF mental health resource awareness certificate

Register for and complete any 1 module of Therapy Assistance Online (TAO)

Register for Togetherall

Save a screenshot of your completed registration to the Verification Form link below as proof of participation.

Complete the Kognito At-Risk Mental Health for Students module

Save a screenshot or upload your “certificate” to the Verification Form link below as proof of participation.

Attend 1 CAPS Wellbeing Online Workshop (WOW) virtually

Attend a Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) training to learn about suicide prevention and become a Gatekeeper

*Note – QPR trainings are provided by multiple offices on campus (CAPS, School of Social Work, UCFPD), and are sometimes offered as part of CAPS WOW workshop series. Any QPR training provided by UCF will fulfil this requirement. A QPR WOW workshop cannot fulfil the requirements for both QPR and WOW. An additional WOW workshop is needed.
