Statement of Solidarity

We at CAPS stand in solidarity with all members of our Asian community against any form of xenophobia, oppression, and racism. We write to affirm our support for the dignity of all our Asian community members.  CAPS is with you and stands alongside you.  We share a collective responsibility to speak out against racism and social injustice that aims at dividing our communities. We are committed to speaking up, listening, and providing confidential support for all our Asian community members and allies to foster empowerment and resilience.  We want to invite anyone who is being impacted by this or other challenging current events to come to CAPS for support,  or to use our after hours hotline/ crisis line for support at 407-823-2811 (press 5 afterhours).

Bodhi Time

This is a drop in and spend time with Bodhi, the CAPS therapy dog! The hour is spent playing with Bodhi, but also includes discussion around self-care and stress management. This is most helpful during stressful times of the semester, so feel free to check out the schedule and stop in to relax with Bodhi.
