Theoretical Orientation: Integrative – Person-centered, Narrative, Emotion-focused, Acceptance and Compassion, and Attachment-based Therapy.

Fun Fact: I have been to over 16 countries (and counting!).  You can usually find me outside: playing sports, rollerblading, hammocking, or exploring with friends.
